It gets sunlight. Everything you need is in the apartment like slippers, umbrellas, and coffee. It’s also very well located near the botanical garden and walking distance to a funky area of Grünerløkker which has nice restaurants and the river. City centre is also walkable. Florin was responsive and helpful to messages.
