It exceeded all our expectations. The location couldn't have been better - close to a metro station, the railway, and many main attractions. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm gesture on my birthday. When the staff learned it was my special day, they surprised me with a cake. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I would totally recommend this place.

The hotel is centrally located and everything was in walkable distance. Parking can be a nightmare if you rent a car but, the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about where we could park the car during our stay. Infact, we got lost using the GPS on our first day and one of the guys from the front office actually came walking to the spot where we were to help us find the hotel. I mean where else would you find this kind of dedication to customer service?! We cannot remember the names of the front office staff but, they were both male and working on the late shift on Dec 18, 2022.

Urbano FLH Hotels Lisboa pakub konditsioneeriga tube Lissabonis Santa Maria Maiori linnaosas, 1 km kaugusel São Jorge lossist. I was travelling alone and it was everything perfect! The hotel and room super cleaned! Pillows and mattresses very comfortable. Good breakfast. Staff super nice, always available! Great position. If I'll visit Lisbon again I would definitely come back here.
