Very polite staff I can’t forget the help from Mrs. Rahaf during my stay. One bedroom suite was very spacious with two toilets and modern furniture. Cleaners were also very polite, many thanks to Mr. Rasel. Reasonable surrounding facilities, hotel is not too far from Alrahsid Mall.

Swat customer service was friendly and helpful. The apartment room was clean and peaceful. I enjoyed the refreshing towels Swat provided. The room had a large vanity area that my husband also used as his office for the day. The rooftop offered a nice "balcony" area to relax.

Set in Al Khobar in the Eastern Province Region, 2 km from Al Rashid Mall, Radisson Blu Residence, Dhahran boasts a spa centre and sauna. Mall of Dhahran is only 2 km away from the property. The property itself was nicely laid out and conveniently located. Did not feel that there was any cost cutting in the making of the room/suit, it was well thought through and finished in good quality and everything I would need was already there. The reception and staff's treatment was exceptional, i really appreciated their politeness, professionalism, and understanding. Upon arrival i was greeted with an upgrade to a very spacious suite. My booking did not include breakfast but i was still provided with a complimentary breakfast. I was granted a late check out upon my request and was given an additional late checkout all without any additional charges, and above all the rate per night was very reasonable (even without the upgrade). This hotel has definitely become my go to accommodation in Khobar.
