Marina Bay Sands ligger i Singapore, 200 m fra The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands. Overnatningsstedet har fitnesscenter, privat parkering samt en restaurant og en bar. Vi fik den mest fantastiske modtagelse af Marie i reseptionen, hvilket gjorde opholdet endnu bedre end ventet. Hun opgraderede værelset til en suite og servicen var i top hele vejen igennem.

The hotel is modern, clean and very peaceful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful,everything worked fine. The location is very good in the CBD area. Metro very close, 3 minutes walk only. Also walking to Marina Bay Sands, Boat Quay, Chinatown takes only 20-30 minutes. Many food courts an restaurants nearby. The pool area of the hotel is beautiful and quiet, a very relaxing spot. The pool is long enough to have a good swim there. We strongly recommend this hotel, ten points!

The 5-star Pan Pacific Singapore is directly connected to Marina Square Mall and Suntec Convention Centre. Loved the location but the staff was the very best. The front desk staff Abhi was so accommodating and took his time with us to get us the best possible solution to our early check in and was equally accommodating upon check out. The best ever service and I am a hotel manager in Aruba. The bell staff was also fantastic and despite the fact that I cannot at the moment recall the one staff member that stood out they were all exceptional.

Excellent room, wonderful breakfast buffet, buffet system, everything you need is there. Helpful staff. Excellent room service. I liked the hotel and I recommend it to those who choose on the principle of “price-quality”, who are not ready to overpay for a big name with poor service. This is a really good hotel.
