What stood out the most was the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They were consistently courteous, always ready to assist, enhancing our overall experience significantly. Breakfast offered a delightful spread of local and international dishes, starting our days on a high note. Minor areas for improvement exist, but they are largely overshadowed by the excellent service and convenient location. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in Singapore.

Situated within a 10-minute walk from Novena Medical Hub, Aloft Singapore Novena features an outdoor swimming pool, a gym and a shopping mall within the same building. Great location, very nice people on staff. They made us feel at home. The w xyz bar is exceptional, thanks to the manager Zack Israil. He makes you forget that you are in a hotel. Hands down the best bar experience ever!

The nicest staff, very responsive and welcoming. Everything is close by, stores, restaurants, bus, everything that is needed. This is my go to place while visiting Singapore.
