The manager waived this and gave us our room. He save us because we were exhausted. Really appreciate this incredible kindness

Really helpful and kind personal, thank you very much for your flexibility and kindness ( we could check in 2 hours earlier). The hotel is part of the ibis budget chain, you know what you can expect, good value for the money.

Near bus stop, restaurants & convenience stores. Rooms are clean and enough for 2-3 people. Good wifi connection. Staff are very accommodating. They had our towels and toiletries changed everyday. They also refill complimentary coffee/tea when we requested.

Nagtatampok ang K Hotel 12 ng mga naka-air condition na kuwartong may cable flat-screen TV sa Red Light District district ng Singapore. Good location in terms of public transport; very close walk to a nearby bus stop (about 2-4 minutes walk) which is in front of a 7-Eleven. Decent for what we paid for since it was a last minute trip, and it was fairly comfortable. Our room looked older than the listed, however the rooms are clean. Air conditioning and water heater worked well, and the rooms had some packaged drinking water and toothbrush/toothpaste provided for free. Our bathroom came with a bathtub which was a pleasant surprise. Their check-in was still open until late at night (we checked in at 11.30pm) and the staff was happy to help us even then.
