This property is exceptional to be honest, when we have arrived, we were welcomed by the receptionist who speaks English very well and was very kind. We have entered the room and they were very kind to write a warm welcome note with complementary strawberries and nuts which was a very kind gesture. The room was very spacious with quite large bathroom, very clean room and comfortable, the TV attached to the wall was big and has Netflix, which was really enjoyable for us. The breakfast was amazing, variety was good, staff at the restaurant were very accommodating and kind to provide us tea and coffee whenever we ask for it. The property location was near to the exit, which makes easy to tour the Asian side of Istanbul.

The location is 5 min walk away from viaport where u can find everything u want. The hotel is so clean and beautiful. The staff are so helpful and welcoming all the time. Thank u for Tatyana, Alp, Mustafa, Cem and especially Muhammet from front office that he was super great. Sure i will visit this hotel again.

Yousuf and the girl at the reception and other receptionists were too good and cooperative. The room was too clean. The staff was too much cooperative. The food was good especially the breakfast and a waitress in the restaurant was having a great gestures, communication and serving.

We have stayed in this hotel for one week, it was great experience, the stuff was helpful! Room is clean, great view, very calm street but close to metro station. Also there are some cafes of Turkish food near the hotel. Everything was good, only breakfast is a bit simple, not big choice of European dishes but I believe they will add something more:)

The rooms were immaculate, very clean and nicely decorated. Despite being close to the nightlife district, it was safe and very quiet. The bathroom had a glass-enclosed shower and, unlike other hotels, was free of limescale and mold. Our (free!) mini bar was filled up with water and snacks every day. Every morning we were able to start the day in the quiet garden with one (or more) cups of coffee or tea, together with sweet and salty snacks. (Free of Charge) The employees were always helpful.

I suggest to everyone this place: it’s so close to ferry station, bus station and a fantastic area full of cafe’, restaurants, shops (but the street where you’ll sleep is quite). The rooms are so nice and there is a well furnished kitchen in the common area. Emre is the perfect host and I was so happy to have chosen his room: I’ve had every day his “Good morning, may I help you? Is everything ok?”. Let’s choose this place and enjoy the wonderful Asian side of Istanbul!
