Hotel Puri Taipei Station Branch er staðsett í Datung-hverfinu í Taipei. This hotel is the best for travellers looking to stay around Taipei station, it’s a very quick walk to the station. I also believe price/quality of this hotel is the best around the area, if you’re looking for something not expensive, but with a private bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly about holding luggage etc, highly recommended!

Awesome place to stay in a very quiet and local neighbourhood. Facilities were awesome. What impressed us the most were the very friendly and accommodating staff at the concierge. We arrived early and left our luggage. On our last day we also had to leave our luggage for a very long time because of the late flight. Very prompt check-in, breezy. We were upgraded to a deluxe room (higher floor) and we are very grateful. The bathroom had a view of the pier as well. The mbox installed had very good channels. Nice coffee and tea machine in the room. Very good water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. (We stayed during the cold months). It was more than comfortable.:) Thank you for the very kind service. We hope it stays that way in the many years to come!

We chose this hotel because of the convenient location to the train station, and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the facilities and support from the staff.

Staff is very friendly and helpful and this is a great location close to the Taipei metro station. Will be returning!

PALAIS de Chine is a Muslim-friendly and luxurious 5-star hotel located a 3-minute walk from Taipei Bus Terminal. It offers stylish accommodation with 3 dining options and a fitness centre. The staff were exceptional. They helped us understand how to use the MRT, as well as their best recommendations for night markets and local hidden gems of the city (Specifically, our doorman Shen-Cheng). They even translated a few common sentences in mandarin to help us get around. The gym was exceptionally clean and there was a water station on every floor. The rooms themselves were very nice and the beds were cozy. From a 2 minute walking distance, you can access Taipei Main Station which is easy to use and can access Dozens or great things to do. We only had 48 hours in Taipei, but we got to see so much of it's beauty.

Hù House - Taipei er 4 stjörnu gististaður í Taipei, 1,6 km frá Taipei Confucius-hofinu og 1,9 km frá aðallestarstöðinni. Stayed here for 5d/4n and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Got upgraded to a triple room from twin room and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The building facade is historical, looks beautiful and full of character. Location: Bus stop right in front of hotel, Daqiaotou MRT within 5 mins walk, Ningxia night market, Dihua Street and the Dadaocheng Cisheng Temple food street all within walking distance. Very convenient to go to Ximen or Taipei Station via bus or MRT. Carrefour just across the street. So convenient! Really love the location of the hotel in this part of town as opposed to the busier Ximen area. Room: Clean and comfortable beds, soft, fluffy pillows. Good view from the window. Spacious toilet with bathtub and a separate enclosed shower area. Japanese style toilet seat was really a welcomed addition. Although the room was facing the main road, the sound insulation was fairly good and we had good sleep every night. Breakfast was slightly repetitive but it was delicious and we were never tired of it. Carpet could be cleaner but slippers were provided.
