Staff were very friendly and responsive. We had chosen a smaller room, but didn’t feel we lacked anything. Appreciated the laundry facilities. Though we weren’t with children, the place looked family friendly. Location is across from main train station and central.

The place is very accessible to everything, main taipei station, food and milk teas, and near night market. Love the fact that they serve matcha chocolate milk and milk tea instead of just coffee for someone who do not drink coffee. I also love the prepacked breakfast, the comfort room is very comfortable especially the heated toilet and the bed. They also have free beers
