Very modern room with very nice bath and design. I picked unit 5B and have a partial lake view while soaking in a nice bathtub. the location of the building is very close to the bus station, old street and pier. Very convenient. It's not a traditional hotel or B&B (minsu) which I like a lot. The staffs are helpful and responsive. I didn't see any staffs in person but they were quietly supporting us. They left daily supply at the door when I didn't need daily room cleaning. Generous free snacks and drinks. I will stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

I was greeted by the owner and the staff were helpful. The room was very comfortable and nice. The bed was the most comfortable bed I ever been on. Food was out of this world. Dinner and breakfast was good.

O luxuoso Sun Moon Lake Hotel é um hotel de 4 estrelas localizado na zona de Yuchi, com belas vistas para Sun Moon Lake (lago). The view of the lake was fabulous and the room was clean and modern The breakfast buffet that came with the room far exceeded my expectations. they had a huge selection of freshly made chinese dishes, fruits, and best of all excellent coffee. The staff were extremely attentive. We came by train and bus and the lake is big enough that not having a car was somewhat limiting. But we were able on several occasions to arrange, on fairly short notice to be dropped off to nearby destinations by the hotel shuttle driver who was always polite and friendly
