Another big surprise was the restaurant. The food was just great and beautifully served. The staff was very friendly and attentive to every single detail. The spa was great and the outdoor pool with the heating in the winter was a great discovery. The hotel should be really proud of it.

Facilities are good. Room is clean. Location is good, but a bit far from Bukovel (30-40 minutes walking). My room has a nice view on a mountains, but sometimes sounds from nearby road were heard. The hotel itself is situated away from the main road, so I would say it is relativetely quiet. Staff is undoubtfully very professional. They did all their best. Accomodation does not have breakfasts included, but hotel restaurant has nice affordable breaksfasts. The only things I wish were present are electric kettle and minirefrigerator. Hotel has a water cooler on an every floor, but it is not warming the water in a summertime.

Lots of different food with lots of fresh beverages. Also, they let us bring drinks with us to the road:)

The view from the heated pool or sauna is fantastic. Polite and professional personnel. All is good with the room isolation; we didn't have a problem with that, which is normal in a chalet. The road up to the hill wasn't that bad either we didn't have any issues. Tasty food at the restaurant, though it won't be exactly cheap, more in line with Bukovel standards.
