Of particular note this visit was the breakfast crew. Watching how they put everything together and keep it running smoothly is a positive start to the day. Very secure parking this close to the centre must also be mentioned. …and, it’s so comfortable I overslept. I never oversleep but I was out for an extra two hours of solid shut-eye this morning. Awesome hotel…!!!

The interior is so fresh, it is smartly renovated hotel. For breakfast we were given choices the night before, we choose the breakfast we wanted and it was all very fresh and tasteful. This is something we liked very much because we were traveling at different places and it was welcoming for us to have something different (I will add a photo). The location was very good, walking distance to the city attractions.

Now they are incredibly high. The service is extraordinary. Upon entering, we were met by an extremely pleasant concierge who gallantly led us to our room and told us the history of the hotel's founding. Everyone at the reception and in the restaurant is also very friendly. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Features and criteria by which I chose were noise insulation (we have a small child), internet and own bathroom. In addition, I asked for a cot and a high chair and everything was prepared at the time of our settlement. Breakfast from 7 to 11 am in buffet format. Incredibly convenient. It is also possible to order from the menu. We will really remember this visit to Lviv and will recommend the hotel to our friends and colleagues.
