Hyatt Place Atlanta Centennial Park is an excellent place to rest and relax after enjoying all of the many things the beautiful City of Atlanta has to offer. As a first-time visitor, I was a little skittish about booking a place downtown given the mixed reviews of the core but I am so glad that I chose this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, there was a refrigerator and plenty of space in the room, and the TV, replete with many channels, was a generous 55 inches in size. Although we didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool due to an unseasonably chilly week, the exercise room on site was top-notch. As an added bonus, this location offers a free breakfast that offered up an array of selections that were plentiful and generous.

Experience the excitement of Atlanta city centre at this centrally located hotel. Excellent 1 night stay - I arrived early from a flight and my room wasn't ready but the lovely receptionist managed to find me a better room which was ready so checked in straight away. Pool/gym facilities were great and quite quiet when I was there (October). I had the King room with whirlpool which was excellent, had great views of the city and was on the same floor as the pool so very convenient. Complimentary water and towels for the facilities too. Hot tub was excellent, especially on the slightly colder day. Breakfast was excellent although for the high room price it would have been nice if this had been included but still worth paying for.

Adjacent to Centennial Olympic Park, this Atlanta hotel features free WiFi everywhere and a 24-hour mini-market with snacks an drinks. Location is perfect, walking distance to all sights in downtown. Kind of expensive, but still a bit cheaper than other downtown hotels. Modern, cozy, 10 points!
