I had an outstanding experience at this hotel, largely thanks to the exceptional staff at the reception. They were not just helpful but went above and beyond to assist me. I encountered difficulties with the car rental company and had to wait for the roadside assistance for 2-3hours, which unfortunately never arrived. However, the hotel staff took incredible care of me, providing assistance and, in the end, even managing to get the car running again. This was more than just a service; it was a beautiful human experience. I am truly grateful for the care and support I received. Despite the challenging situation, the hotel staff turned it into a positive and memorable experience. Thank you so much; I will never forget this gesture of kindness! The hotel was everything I expected – a nice, spacious room, convenient hotel parking, and a comfortable bed - the suite provided everything necessary for a restful night.

Located next to the University of Alabama Birmingham and 5 minutes’ drive from the city centre, this hotel features an indoor pool. Free Wi-Fi and an on-site deli are available. Staff was extra friendly and very help with any questions during our check in and checkout. The room was very clean and very spacious. Exactly what we needed for our little weekend getaway.

This hotel is adjacent to the University of Alabama-Birmingham and attached to the UAB Hospital. The hotel offers a fitness centre, business centre and rooms with free WiFi. Breakfast was worthless. Wasn't breakfast at all and the prices were exorbitant.

Vulcan’s Hideout / Colorful C2 tọa lạc ở Five Points South, Birmingham, cách Đại học Samford University 5.9 km, Sân vận động Legion Field 6.2 km và Trung tâm hội nghị Ras Al Khaimah Convention Centre... It was so quiet and clean! Very close to UAB campus so I felt very safe being a solo traveler. I was able to bring my dog which was wonderful. It was perfect little spot for the two of us. I look forward to using this property again this summer as we will travel back to the same area 4 different times. And Charles is a wonderful host! Always got back to me super quick and made me feel very comfortable before during and after my stay!
