Dominique fixed our reservation issue because I booked thru Booking.com and not straight thru to the hotel. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had with an omelet station! Will definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

The staff was exceptionally friendly--probably more so than any other hotel we've stayed in during our visits to Mount Pleasant. The facilities were updated, clean, and spacious. It was also very quiet, even with our room being right beside the elevator.

We really liked the room. It was very comfortable, with a large refrigerator, stove, dishes. A comfortable curtain between the bed and the sofa. I really liked the many shelves and drawers, it was very convenient. The mattress on the bed was big and comfortable, and the pillows. Perfect for sleeping. And we absolutely did not hear the neighbors. We would love to stop there again !!!
