Super clean and very spacious. A couple of minutes walk from the beach. Very nice garden and pool with BBQ grills and water toys. Beach chairs and hand cart avaliable to drag to the beach. Family oriented.

Wedding destination in Clearwater Florida Gathering of 50 people! Beach house accommodations were excellent less than 5 minutes from beach front! The host was always available and courteous. Family of 6 had enough comfy beds, space and rooms for 3 - 4 day stay. Teenagers 12-15 enjoyed stay. Kitchen and living room provided privacy and good space for entire family. Amenities, Beach access and restaurants were in a great location. Transportation from point A to B by trolley also available is the use of Lyft or Uber.

Great location incredibly close to the beach with numerous public access points. The clean wide beaches with plenty to do in the area. Very close to good food and drinks on the island. Also a very short drive to Clearwater for a night out in the area. The host Peter was great and very accommodating, very friendly.
