This Hyatt Place Fort Lauderdale Cruise Port uses an outside shuttle service to and from the Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport for a fee. Everything was good, other than the one instance mentioned below. The staff members were exceptionally kind and courteous. The night we arrived, we felt like we had reached home in our own house.

Excellent room and location. Clean room and the staff super helpful. Close to the beach and the city and restaurants. Will recommend this place

The greeting we received when we arrived was fantastic 😀 the Supervisor and her team was wonderful we stayed one night for our wedding anniversary and the outpouring of Love was great! I would recommend this place to my friends and family . The restaurant on site was great breakfast and dinner were both delicious. Thank you for a wonderful experience . Also, the staff went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for the anniversary dessert 🥰
