Located one block from The Galleria shopping area, JW Marriott Houston by the Galleria features a large outdoor pool area and 2 restaurants. It offers modern accommodation with free WiFi. The staff was very nice, and they gave us a gift due to it being our anniversary, which was very sweet! The pool was also clean and at a great temperature 10/10

I have been staying at other expensive hotels in Houston at least twice a week, but I wanted to experience something different. And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The location was convenient, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced such exceptional service before. This hotel has truly surpassed all my expectations. This environmentally-friendly hotel is positioned in the Uptown District of Houston, and less than 1 mile from the Galleria Mall. It features an outdoor swimming pool and free in-room WiFi. The whole place exceeded my expectation. The bedroom was fantastic. The beds were the most comfy beds I have ever slept in. Ever. The staff were so professional and helpful and went out of their way to help. A 10/10 stay

Situated within walking distance of the Galleria Mall, Hotel Derek provides a upscale accommodation with a 24-hour fitness centre, bar and on-site dining. The manager got involved in my check in. I had the wrong weekend checked on the reservations calendar online. She secured a room with a comparable price and allowed me to stay. It would have been terrible to look for another hotel at that time of night. Kuddos to the night manager. I asked her name but I can't remember it. She was so professional and courteous.

In the centre of Houston's Galleria area, this hotel features spacious rooms and suites with a flat-screen cable TV. It offers an outdoor pool and fitness centre. everything the room was clean and had lots of space. omg the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. it was quiet and peaceful
