I have been staying at other expensive hotels in Houston at least twice a week, but I wanted to experience something different. And I must say, I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were reasonable, the rooms were stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The location was convenient, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced such exceptional service before. This hotel has truly surpassed all my expectations. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience, and please continue to maintain the same level of excellence.

This environmentally-friendly hotel is positioned in the Uptown District of Houston, and less than 1 mile from the Galleria Mall. It features an outdoor swimming pool and free in-room WiFi. The whole place exceeded my expectation. The bedroom was fantastic. The beds were the most comfy beds I have ever slept in. Ever. The staff were so professional and helpful and went out of their way to help. A 10/10 stay

Situated within walking distance of the Galleria Mall, Hotel Derek provides a upscale accommodation with a 24-hour fitness centre, bar and on-site dining. The manager got involved in my check in. I had the wrong weekend checked on the reservations calendar online. She secured a room with a comparable price and allowed me to stay. It would have been terrible to look for another hotel at that time of night. Kuddos to the night manager. I asked her name but I can't remember it. She was so professional and courteous.

In the centre of Houston's Galleria area, this hotel features spacious rooms and suites with a flat-screen cable TV. It offers an outdoor pool and fitness centre. everything the room was clean and had lots of space. omg the bed was so comfortable I slept like a baby. it was quiet and peaceful
