The prices were reasonable, the rooms were stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean. The location was convenient, and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I have never experienced such exceptional service before. This hotel has truly surpassed all my expectations. I had the wrong weekend checked on the reservations calendar online. She secured a room with a comparable price and allowed me to stay. It would have been terrible to look for another hotel at that time of night. Kuddos to the night manager. I asked her name but I can't remember it. She was so professional and courteous.
