From the moment we arrived in the beautiful lobby, the staff went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming. The hotel and rooms are beautiful and the location is very convenient. The breakfast was delicious and they even had live music. It was a great stay - we wish it was longer!

Despite some areas of the resort being under renovation, the operational bars and restaurants did not disappoint, providing excellent food in an inviting ambiance. Despite minor inconveniences, our stay was generally enjoyable, with the resort's physical service quality proving commendable. It was clear that the staff were making the best of the transition period after the hurricane, which contributed positively to our experience. The Ritz, with its reputation for excellence, delivered a largely satisfying stay, and its physical services lived up to our high expectations.
