The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to MOMA, the room was spacious and quiet. The staff was really helpful and friendly! Everything was awesome!

There were a plethora of amenities. The room service food was 10/10 The roof top bar was beautiful 10/10 The food and music at sessions.(The restaurant in the hotel) 10/10 The staff were exceptional. My check in process was speedy. The Concierge were more than delighted to assist with directions. On the second day of my stay it started to rain the gentlemen at the help desk gave me an hotel umbrella for my travels during the day. They left me a birthday card and cake on my birthday. I would definitely stay there again.

You don't find such spacious rooms in New York so close to Times Square. Brilliant location. And plus it has an old school vibe which I appreciate alot.

Located on Times Square, The Knickerbocker features a rooftop terrace with over 370 square metres of indoor and outdoor space. WiFi access is available and free of charge for guests. room was spacious especially for a hotel in NYC, extremely large toilet and shower. bed was super comfortable. hotel kept supplying the room with free water bottles.
