The location is fantastic and the staff is very helpful. Rooms were clean and service was excellent ! All in all a wonderful experience for the entire family. We had 4 elders with us and they were specially looked after . The food was delicious and everything around the hotel was great!

I was surprised with everything at this hotel, the staff are very friendly and helpful, always with a big smile and ready to help you when needed. Room is clean. The room we had originally booked was spacious and light, and we were more than happy with it. Upon arrival Benshome were kind enough to upgrade us to a larger room free of charge. Im sure thats not normally what happens, and we didnt ask for it, but we were overjoyed. The staff are professional and go out of their way to help, including recommending local restaurants. There are two washing machines on the top floor and a place to dry your clothes as well. They also have filtered water on tap!! Also Benshome is situated right in the middle of Hai Ba Trung, a very cool part of Hanoi.

In a prime location in the Hai Ba Trung district of Hanoi, Vong Xua Boutique Hotel is located 3.6 km from Ha Noi Railway station, 4.2 km from Trang Tien Plaza and 4.5 km from St. Joseph Cathedral. Staff didn’t speak English but didn’t have any issues communicating through translating apps. Clean, spacious and nice bike parking.

Guest room was clean and spacious.
