I welcomed the New Year with my family in Vietnam at this hotel. The hotel helped us with a beautifully decorated party table for the New Year. The staff also supported us with very good sightseeing programs and reasonable prices. Vegetarian breakfast upon request is delicious and suitable. Good service. Will come back often

My brother and I spent about a week here in this new hotel with some nice amenities. The infinite pool facing the West Lake was like no other. The staff provided excellent service and hospitality. Patrick at the front desk was very attentive and helpful. He offered recommendations for places and even called around to make reservations for us. This is a lifesaver when you don't speak the local language, nor have the time to wait around on the phone. Highly recommended for visitors who wants to have a relaxing time and let the professional handles the reservations and coordinations.

Pan House ligger i Hanoi, under 3 km fra Vietnam Museum of Ethnology og 4,5 km fra Ho Chi Minh-mausoleet. A big, clean and comfortable appartment with a kitchen, little living room and a nice bathroom. It is located next to the West lake, a bit further from the busy city centre which we liked. We had our laundry done for free.

My favourite stay in Hanoi. Beautiful hotel, great food and excellent staff. I have come back to this hotel 3 times during my stay in Vietnam, it really feels like home. All of the staff are amazing. They are so much fun and incredibly helpful if you need anything. The hotel is a short walk to Westlake and a lot of cafe, it's really the perfect peaceful location.
