The staff also supported us with very good sightseeing programs and reasonable prices. Vegetarian breakfast upon request is delicious and suitable. Good service. Will come back often

The staff were friendly and attentive, and helped me with my transport arrangements. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent. I was also able to go for a relaxing walk close to the hotel - there were nice bars and restaurants within walking distance with a great view over the lake.

My favourite stay in Hanoi. Beautiful hotel, great food and excellent staff. I have come back to this hotel 3 times during my stay in Vietnam, it really feels like home. All of the staff are amazing. They are so much fun and incredibly helpful if you need anything. The hotel is a short walk to Westlake and a lot of cafe, it's really the perfect peaceful location.
