The staff also supported us with very good sightseeing programs and reasonable prices. Vegetarian breakfast upon request is delicious and suitable. Good service. Will come back often

It is a very luxurious hotel -the best place I have stayed in Hanoi- and is located in the tranquil ex-pat area, meaning it is a perfect place to escape from the noise, hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and attentive, and helped me with my transport arrangements. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The breakfast was excellent. I was also able to go for a relaxing walk close to the hotel - there were nice bars and restaurants within walking distance with a great view over the lake.

A big, clean and comfortable appartment with a kitchen, little living room and a nice bathroom. It is located next to the West lake, a bit further from the busy city centre which we liked. We had our laundry done for free.

They are so much fun and incredibly helpful if you need anything. The hotel is a short walk to Westlake and a lot of cafe, it's really the perfect peaceful location.
