The staff was the best asset of the hotel. They make your stay very pleasant and help you with any need you may have. The hotel is new, so everything looks great. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, the pillows as well. The bathroom is amazing, and spacious, and allows you to relax in the nice bath with Jacuzzi. Food was very good. Service was very good. I read one review of people/ladies crowding the hotel, but I did not see anything like it at all. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looks very nice and in a nice day, i can see how the rooftop bar and pool can be very enjoyable. The spa was good and with good installations.

It is so peaceful and relaxing here. Everything about Lua is great! The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionists Kim & Vu who are super nice. I stayed here 5 nights and wanted to stay longer...but I certainly will be back again. You won't regret staying here.

(Unfortunately, I only have videos not pictures of the accommodation but trust my word when I tell you it's so well-equipped that they even have more things than you need.) I definitely recommend this accommodation.
