The outdoor, rustic, farm house living was as advertised. We wanted a quiet retreat to switch off from the city to go go and we go that at Shirehill. We spent the day in Bath and came back to Shirehill at 16:30 and had a lovely evening. We went for a hike through the valley following the map provided and bonded with sheep, horses and nature ☺️

My husband and I spent one night in this beautifully converted, spacious, and comfortable barn. It was a perfect space to spend some relaxation time. Spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including some well thought out touches such as bath robes and a bottle of fizz. Lovely patio area to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet and beautiful surroundings. Our host, Ellie was great- friendly, helpful, and prompt with communication. we had a lovely time and can't wait to return for longer next time.

Manor farm was a real treat, I wished I had booked two weeks. The rural location was something different for me really peaceful although I was out and about a lot exploring the local area. The room was very spacious and comfortable, the staff marvelous. The breakfast spread was the best I have ever had. I will certainly be returning with any luck,

This charming and ingenious hut makes the most of space. The farmyard location is remote and rural. On a sunny morning you can fling open the stable door and observe the neighbouring horses and cattle. Of an evening you can sit outside and make use of the fire pit provided. And a good pub was relatively close by.

The Manor Farm is a truly exceptional and magical place. Victoria is a wonderful host, and the whole feel is friendly and relaxed. The breakfast was delicious, and the house itself is a lovely building, full of history and set in a fantastic secluded and quiet rural location.
