My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Milima Big 5 Safari Lodge in the Greater Kruger area in South Africa, and it was, without a doubt, one of the most remarkable experiences of our lives. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking beauty of the lodge and its surroundings. The lodge perfectly blends luxury and nature, offering an authentic yet comfortable safari experience. Accommodation: The rooms were beautifully appointed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Waking up to the sounds of nature and the sight of the stunning landscape right from our window was a daily delight. Staff: The staff at Milima Big 5 went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. They were attentive, friendly, and always available to assist with anything we needed. Food: The culinary experience was a highlight in itself. Each meal was a delightful adventure, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to all tastes. The quality and presentation of the food were exceptional, adding to the overall luxury of our stay. Wildlife Experience: The highlight of our trip was undoubtedly the wildlife. Guided by our fantastic guide, Sydney, we embarked on thrilling game drives, witnessing an abundance of animals in their natural habitat. Sydney's knowledge and passion for wildlife enriched our experience, making each sighting more special. Milima Big 5 Safari Lodge is more than just a place to stay; it's a gateway to a magical and unforgettable safari adventure. We left with hearts full of joy and memories that will last a lifetime. Wow! What a fantastic spot to get away from it all ! My husband and stayed at Leadwood camp , which was spotless. We loved that you can walk around the area, sit out by the fire , swim in the beautiful pool or just sit out front on the comfortable chairs . We just needed one more night , two was def not enough . Would we stay here again would we recommend - yes and yes!! If you want natural beauty , peace and quiet and yo walk away relaxed then this is your spot 😃

Absolutely stunning lodge with top quality fittings and decor. Great pool to laze around with a beautiful setting. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The food is delicious.

the game drives and viewing the hippos, while having a wine and some snacks. also the luxury tent with our private pool. amazing. food was also good. the hospitality and the service were amazing. very friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and friendly. They also arranged for us all kind of activates to make our stay a great experience. The food was very good, The vibe is very calm and relax to come back after long day of wild life in the bush.

We could not have made a better choice of lodge. The lodge is small (max 10 people), the food is great, the staff is lovely, the surroundings are very peaceful and quiet and the safari’s were unforgettable. We spotted lions, a leopard, zebras, giraffes, elephants and much more. We were extremely surprised but the quality of the food and drinks and the lovely ambiance and attentiveness of the staff at the camp. 10/10 experience all-round.

What an amazing place, we had a fantastic stay here, Andy and Christine are such welcoming and friendly hosts. The room we stayed in was extremely comfy for myself and my teenager and finished to a high standard. There is a lovely communal lounge area with everything you could want, as well as a cooking area (a fire was lit ready for us in the evening) and lovely clean pool with sun loungers. We did a two hour quad bike safari in the afternoon which was without doubt the highlight of my teenagers whole holiday, such great fun and lots of animals to see around the property. The views of the Drakensberg were exceptional. It is an easy drive out from Hoedspruit and we went on to Kruger after leaving which was only just over an hour away. We will definitely go back again (the luxury tent accommodation with hot tub looks very tempting!) and would highly recommend visiting here.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time at Little Africa! Leandra is such a wonderful host - we were well taken care of the entire time. The lodge is stunning - it is a luxurious experience that still makes you feel connected to the beautiful land and animals in the reserve. The tented rooms were awesome! The shower was so cool - everything in the room was of great quality. We felt so cozy and relaxed. The food was so good - every meal felt like a cozy home cooked meal. They even set up a lovely table for us for dinner to celebrate our honeymoon. The drives were so so so awesome! Never and Mateo were our guides and we had so much fun with them. We saw EVERYTHING. They are so well educated on the bush - we learned so much from them about the animals, plants, and climate. It was such an amazing experience. I highly recommend Little Africa to everyone!

Very personal and family run bush camp. Jenni and Kristian are great hosts. We enjoyed the time over new year at this wonderful location. The tents are spacious and very clean. There is a large pool with sunbeds available and also a nice place to sit around the fire. The very good Breakfast and delicious Dinner is served together with the owners which is perfect for interesting conversations and sharing experiences. The Game Drives with Kristian were informative and varied with nice animal sightings. Simply a beautiful bush camp - highly recommended.
