Палатка суперская. Днём жарко на улице, палатка не нагревается. Ночью спали с обогревателем. Лучше просите палатки самые дальние номер 25-30 Они ближе всего к степи и к ним животные подходят чаще. Завтраки на удивление бедные для такой цены отеля, ужины по меню как в хорошм ресторане по качеству, поэтому не понятно почему такие завтраки. Столики у озера, к ним бегемот подплывал. Круто! Сафари берите bush. Достаточно интересно и детям и взрослым. Рядом суперские пещеры.

My second stay here. I was on a business trip and this venue allowed me to wind down before meetings the next day. Will not recommend in summer though but the owner was nice enough to show me one of the units in the guesthouse. All these units have aircon. I am back in Oudtshoorn in January next year and this is my go to property.

Fantastic that I was allowed to walk around the farm and see the evidence of millions of years of Earth history when the Karoo was an inland sea, and thin layers of sediment was deposited, and now sits on a 85° angle, with trace fossils of the still primordial wetland... Zebras and springbok are the myriad, of uniquely Karoo fynbos, with the unique fresh scent in the air. The bright Karoo starlight makes the winter night priceless. Even though I slept in the caravan, I enjoyed a king's view of the night sky. Far enough out from the maddening crowd, yet near enough to all the tourists attractions in the cities and towns nearby. Probably nice to bring your mountain bike, and rest at one of the many picnics tables in the veld. Lula, the friendly sheep dog went out walking with me, and we had many adventures.
