As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed by two verry friendly employies. We were shown around the area, wich was super modern and verry clean. Because they don‘t serve lunch and dinner, they were open to help us to order some food. Anytime we needed help, they were verry kind. The breakfast was a buffet, wich was verry delicious. Every morning they made fresh eggs, pancakes,… Looking back, it was one of our favorite spots in costa rica.

AMAZING experience, coming here, is like experiencing the real Costa Rica. The staff was amazing, Johnny made sure we had the best time! The food was very good as well, we were 2 vegans and we always had plenty to eat. The location is far, yes, but that's what this place is all about. We saw all types of animals, and it gave us the most peaceful experience to be surrounded by so much nature.

This was probably my favorite stay during my entire trip to Costa Rica. It was so beautiful waking up and seeing the volcano right outside your tent!!! It’s very romantic and just breathtaking. I would highly recommend this place.

The owners were also very helpful and recommended us activities in the area. The restaurant next door serves excellent breakfast.

Upon arriving we felt like we were nestled into the rainforest with the lovely creek running next to the property. The kitchen was well stocked and the geodome was the coolest place I've ever stayed with a beautiful rainforest view, lots of comfortable seating, and much appreciated air conditioning.

Momotus is perfect place to retreat and connect with nature, it has all the facilities you need. The jacuzzi is perfect, you can see insects, birds and if you are lucky a sloth. The hosts are super friendly, helpful and flexible, I would definitely come back!

The view, the environment and the wonderful service and food provided by David and his family will make this an unforgettable and wonderful experience. It’s simply exceptional! The little doggy is worthy of a mention as well. Put him upside down, tickle his belly and watch him fall asleep in a few seconds.
