Javier made sure our stay was fantastic and provided us information about transportation and local spots to check out. The restaurant on site has a great pizza oven! We also enjoyed a Valentine's dinner here with live music and a special menu.

There is a fridge in the tent which is really helpful. I loved everything about this place. It’s a quick 15 mins drive to Tamarindo city center. The beach is very close by.

The moment we arrived to Samara, Denis reached out and explained how to get there. Waze works best in Costa Rica. Also if you rent the car, make sure to rent a higher one because some roads are pretty bumpy and you would need to push it. But it’s normal there. Once we arrived, they met us by the entry with warm hello, showed us our place, greeted and let us be. Breakfast was delicious and very thoughtful, based on our needs. Denis was so helpful. He answered all our questions, always within minutes replies to my messages. He also recommended bunch of places. Our lodge was clean and replenished daily. The view is great, private. Overall amazing stay! Highly recommend. Lovely owners! Thank you guys!!!!!!

Javi and Kelly were very welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail in every aspect of our stay. We also liked the sense of privacy and cleanliness.

Luis, the owner, is the friendliest and the work he did for the rooms are amazing. You sleep in a converted bus and it is very comfortable. I wouldn’t have liked to stay anywhere else as much as I did at his in playa del coco. Definitely recommend. Thanks Luis!!

Camping area or in the hammocks with access to the communal services of the structure. Such a beautiful hostel with so much character. Very comfortable and clean, and the pool is so warm! Nice big kitchen and plenty of bathrooms for the dorms. It's really close to the beach as well! Really nice that they provide yoga mats for you to use for free as well.

The tent features air conditioning and a private entrance, as well as a private bathroom boasting a walk-in shower. The unit has 1 bed. Jorge was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home. The property was wonderful; the pool / jacuzzi area were great to spend the evening in watching the sun set. And the hiking trails were a fun way to see many local birds (along with a great canine tour guide).
