The villa is spacious and has great facilities. The shower was lovely, plenty of hot water. Exceptional value for money. Debbie and Steve were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. Would definitely stay again. It's a great base to travel the island. There is a really bice bar up the road that do meat and cheese boards. We walked down to Playa Honda and back on two evenings. It's about a 40 min walk. There are plenty of nice places to eat. The pinchos in the Bistrot bar are the best I've ever had. The friendly cat Tinajo was a bonus.

Urban Rest zone and coworking ligger i Arrecife, 7,7 km fra golfbanen Costa Teguise, 8,8 km fra Campesino-monumentet og 10 km fra Lagomar Museum. Premises is kept very well. Very clean and spacious.I personally really like it and I have booked regularly there. The owners were very helpful
