Excellent location, plenty of animals close by, right on the border with the park, but not park prices. Swimming pool was a nice surprise after a long safari day. One of the very few if not the only budget option to see the exceptional park. Public transportation from Nairobi with a change in Narok is also relatively easy.

Sitting on a shady raised platform facing the Talek river, each luxury tent covers approximately 26sqm and is fitted with a queen size bed or 2 twin beds. This trip was exceptional, thanks to the staff of the Mara Intrepids Camp. We were travelling with three small kids and the team adjusted meal times and gave us a dedicated game drive host who did drives according to the kids sleep schedules. The adventurers club was fantastic, outdoor games and educational at the same time. Two mins from the airstrip, brilliant family tents, complete with hot water bottles at night. Amazing food, with great child options for picky kids. Shout out to Moses, Ngala and Diana who made the stay extra special.

Absolutly perfect location if you dont want to stay inside the Park, only a couple of km away from the main gate. Nestled in the bush 1km from the main road, you will be sleeping with zebras, buffalos, and many more animals coming at day and night time. Perfectly clean tent rooms and common areas, super friendly couple own the place, definitly good vibes there.

Nastanitev Enkusero Mara se nahaja v mestu Aitong in ponuja brezplačen WiFi, vrt, teraso ter bar. Enkusero is a small boutique camp, owned and run by William who is a local Masai, a passionate host and an excellent guide with15 years of experience. He took us for tailor- made safaris and went out of his way to show us the Big Five and countless other wonderful creatures. The location was fantastic and ideally located to visit the Masai Mara reserve. Our tent was luxurious and beautifully furnished . They had wooden decks with large verandas, for us to enjoy the sight of zebras, wildebeest and gazelles that grazed and freely roamed around the camp. The camp was exclusive and intimate in character with 3-4 luxury tents, perfect for one large or two small families. The food was par excellence . Robert is a fabulous chef who delighted in serving us exquisite dishes, most beautifully presented. We were quite apprehensive of food as we are vegetarians but it seemed no trouble for the skilled chef. The team, service and hospitality was superb. We took packed breakfast on most morning game drives. They were delicious and plentiful. I would like to make a special mention of the bush dinner with camp fire and lanterns which was really spectacular. William also organised sundowner drinks and it was simply humbling watching the sunset in the vast, peaceful setting of the Mara. We thoroughly enjoyed a visit to the traditional village of the Masai community, which William was happy to organise. To add to all this, the money spent at the camp directly benefits the local Masai community as it provides direct employment and there are no middlemen involved. We stayed 5 nights and each day was above all our expectations. Fantastic place where to stay if you want to be in the middle of wilderness and at the same time feel safe, special and be treated like royalty. The standard tents comes fitted with a wardrobe, desk and safari chairs. Beautiful property, very good food especially desserts and salads, very good vibes from staff, lots of activities for in between safaris, saw a masai dance in the hotel, very safe because it's fenced, rooms were very luxurious!

Perched on the hills of the private and secluded Megwarra escarpment lies Entumoto Safari Camp. The camp offers panoramic views over the Mara plains and features an outdoor pool, restaurant and bar. An amazing place for a luxurious safari holiday. The staff were amazing, great service. From the wet towels when you step off the jeep, to the food (amazing chefs), to the room staff. Every time we even stepped out of the tent, our bins were emptied, bed was made (even when we were going to check out), and room set. Game drives were amazing, guides knew their stuff and worked together to find the big 5. We stayed in Giraffe Cliff which was an amazing place. On the first night we had elephants right outside our tent, breaking branches at 1am! Every night the elephants were around, sleeping around the tents, but staff were always on site to guide us with torches if we ever needed to get around. They've thought of everything. We had an amazing time there, and would highly recommend it.

This tent features views of the savannah plains. It comes with linen and towels, as well as access to a shared outdoor shower and toilet. This is an experience we won't forget! The campsite was beautiful. The facilities are not only functional and eco, they're beautifully designed. The shower and toilet with a view are not to be missed. The hot water is fetched from the natural hot springs, so it really is eco. Just don't spend too long in the shower to respect others wanting a hot shower. Our tent was spacious, and with sufficient privacy. We re-packed everything into one suitcase to avoid taking two big suitcases into the tent for the couple of nights we were there. The staff were very helpful, and explained everything in the camp well. We enjoyed all the food, the culture visits, the tours, learning about Maasai life, and the whole experience. I read in a guide book that it's 'put-on' for tourists but the majority of the staff are real Maasai although they're perhaps of the generation that is now schooled, etc. they still know a lot about their own culture and will happily answer any questions to teach you about their lifestyle.
