The owner rents out motorbikes and is a knowledgeable source of information for things to see in the area, including the Bolaven trail. I had an amazing two nights here, thanks Xavier and family!

If you are searching for a lonely place on an Island, this is the right one. The bungalows are in good condition and the bed is comfy. You will have a fen in the room (no AC). The owners are very friendly and the food is very good. Try the Lao Breakfast 03: The fried morning glory with sticky rice was one of the best I ever had. I really highly recommend to stay here if you don't want to go the touristy places like Don Det.

Xuanmai Garden Resort is a 15-minute drive from Pakse’s centre. Guests can enjoy their meals at the on-site restaurant. The staff was so kind and welcoming. I felt well taken care of!

It's an older guesthouse with basic facilities but with a fresh lick of paint. Exceptionally clean. Firm mattress but not super -hard so comfortable. Nice area out front for good breakfast or to sit and relax and talk to fellow travellers. Very nice and helpful French and Laotian couple.

The rooms were clean, AC working. Nice swimming pool, perfect location on the Mekong bank, friendly and helpful family, super tasty food - we had not only breakfast but also dinners. Helped us with transportation from the island to Pakse - have own van and boat . Rent a bike just next door

Back again for a third night after completing the loop. I still love the place and I highly recommend this guesthouse. Tina is so helpful and this time organised a tuk tuk to the airport. A great stay.

The person that handles the property is amazing, struggling a little bit with the English but he will definitely try to help you with your questions. The food is amazing as well and the restaurant is on the river, perfect for enjoying a nice breakfast!
