I would give 11 but is not possible. Very clean, quiet, very well equipped (from iron to washing machine, cofee maker, sandwich maker, etc). We spent really great time in the nature, enjoying the view and the sound of the Wind. The room was accuratly clean, the garden well kept, and Maria has been so nice and kind with us. Situated within 200 metres of Paralia Tris Ekklisies and 300 metres of Kolovrechtis Beach, House With View features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Paránimfoi. The hostess Mama Maria was so sweet...she was very kind and loved our children 😁. She even brought us some Greek doughnut type treats that were delicious! It is a beautiful, well-appointed spot on the edge of town overlooking the water. Tris Ekklisies is a lovely secluded place on the South Coast. We were there in mid-April and saw one other person on the beach the two days that we were there. It's a bit of an adventure to get there but driving over the mountain down the windy road and taking in the village's dramatic location was part of the fun (the road is fully paved).

Maria was so welcoming and nice to us, we highly appreciated it 🤩 The Villa is located in a small village, but close to the coast and famous beaches. There is a parking place inside the courtyard, but better to check in advance the parking set-up, especially for manual cars.
