You can see the astonishing view from this property, sit int the big yard or head to the back hill of this property to see the canyon from top with surrounding cute goats. It’s the best location! Even you don’t go the the Balcony Walk hiking, you can just stay at the property and enjoy the view. The property is really well equipped and so clean! With this view, big kitchen, yard and rooms, you can find it that it’s really valuable because the other properties in this area are so expensive. The host, Ibrahim, is really nice, we drive a small car with 4people and find it hard to drive up. I call the host and he ask his friend nearby to come to us in 10mins to help us. Then his friend drive our car with total 5 people and successfully drive us up to the top! it’s an amazing and exciting experience. Thanks for Ibrahim and his friend’s help. (we also learned the skill how to drive on the steep and sand road. Haha. )

The property is well equiped house with 2 bedrooms 2 badrooms.Everything was very clean.It is located directly at the start of Balcony walk what is great for the trek.There we no food options at night.We agreed to have dinner and breakfast at neighborhood house and it was great value for money.Food was very delicious and authentic.Hosts were really nice.Really recommend this accomodation.

The pool was a wonderful addition and having a supermarket right across the street was convenient for any last-minute food items we needed. Plus, finding parking was a breeze. Highly recommend staying here for your next vacation!

Traditional Omani style cottage with bbq area at the back nestled in the mountain. The location is superb. I found the beds comfortable. Loved the bbq area and all Omani traditional items in and outside the house. Very very good value for money. For tourist this is a paradise. The walking trail is outside thehouse. It has superb views.

But after a phonecall to the number at the bookingreservation, we received the right address. The host was humble, very friendly and we felt really welcome there. Showed us around and took us to see the sunset. Made a fire for us in the evening. Traditional Omani breakfast was lovely. Beds and bedding super comfortable.
