the property is located a few minutes by car out of town, in a green area full of fruit trees, which for us is a big plus! ( it’s only 2 USD to get there by taxi. The owner (Alfredo) was just the perfect host. we had a problem with the luggage. He went to the airport ( while we were in a day tour) and try to find the luggage for us.

The house was in a perfect location! Watching the turquoise waters every day from the dining room and the sea lions (60+) and one that hung out on the front porch under the hammock was the best greeter! The house was clean and fully stocked with water we needed. The washer was excellent. Look forward to staying again. The family was so sweet and kind!!

The spacious room has a comfortable bed, a TV, AC, and even a fridge. Water bottles can be refilled for free at the water dispenser in the room. The shower has warm water. Everything was clean. The kitchen and the common area of the hosting family is for shared use. Everyone was super friendly and even provided spontaneously some breakfast.

Room was hotel standard but the entire place felt more like a homestay, Monica who runs the place lives there with her parents and they are all really lovely, helpful people. I felt cared for and looked after my entire time there:) Surprised me for my birthday with a little goodie bag too - thank you!!
