Centrally located in Aarhus, this hostel features a bar, café and rooms with free WiFi. The hostel is 700 meters from Aarhus Central Station and 250 meters from Aarhus Cathedral.

Restaurants and shops can be found in the surroundings. The Old Town of Aarhus is just an 8-minute walk from Danhostel Aarhus City.

The location is great. It’s very close to the train station. There are many restaurants nearby. There are beautiful old houses and neighborhoods. It’s a little weird sharing a room with both men and women but everyone was very respectful and very pleasant. Great staff here.

Looking for a hostel?

Budget travellers know that there is no better way to make the most of their trip than by staying at a hostel: save money for exploring during the day, and swap stories with fellow backpackers in the shared kitchen or bar in the evening. Dorm-style bedrooms with shared bathrooms are standard hostel fare, but private rooms are also available for those willing to pay a bit more.

Great value for money. Cheap and central. We were literally just there to sleep and break up a long driving day, and it was fine for that. Walls are paper thin, shower is a classic Danish one over the toilet. Great bunk bed for my son. Honestly, I was very happy given it was a last minute booking and paid quite a bit less than the alternatives.

Beds are super clean and comfortable and have curtains ! There’re bathrooms and showers in every dormitory room! Private lockers that could be opened by the same digital key to the door ! Super kind staffs, it’s a bar so easy to buy refreshments and snakes, while not loud at night, perfect! The Aarhus art museum is right in front of the hostel. parking places for bikes in front of the hotel

Fun indoor minigolf-course, great fun for families. Rooms are sound proof from the bar and communal areas than can get quite busy and loud with people having drinks and hanging out in the evenings. Good breakfast. Great location.

Everything works brilliantly here. Free lockers to store your luggage on departure, knowledgeable, friendly staff, great breakfast, fantastic location. We loved playing mini golf (extra charge) and the place had a calm but fun atmosphere. A mixture of families, backpackers and local young people populate the spacious communal areas. It feels safe and well thought out with lots of little ‘extras’ give it a feeling if a hotel rather than a hostel. The rooms themselves are equally well designed.

Best hostel ive been to so far in europe.its modernistic ,minimalistic and functionalist design makes it the perfect option for a short stay in Aarhus. Staff are friendly, neighbourhood is quiet, train and bus station not far away.

I like how cheap this Hostel was. The cheapest place to stay in Aarhus. It's nice the hotel has a restaurant you can order breakfast, lunch or dinner from throughout the day. The staff at the register were friendly and helpful. The Hostel was very clean, cleaner than I expected.

The "capsule" is a bed with a bit more privacy thanks to the curtain. Classic youth hostel otherwise, close to the center.
