The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly, warm and gave me so much info including where I could find food specific to my dietary requirements, where to take good photos of basilica etc. Such a cute vibe, the communal area was so relaxed. Felt so safe in my all female dorm and distance to old town is great!

Comfortable clean rooms. I hadn't paid for breakfast but they offered for me to opt out of room cleaning in return for a free breakfast for a couple of mornings, brilliant! I was able to reserve parking in their parking area for the one night I needed it, I just asked at reception in the morning. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to walk to a car rental place about 30min from the hotel. Great functional hotel for a stay in zaragoza.
