I was attacked and attracted by this place the moment I stepped in! The vestibule (waiting area) was the first thing made curious to go in and check what’s behind this amazing wood door! The entrance hall took back to 70s; the vintage wallpaper retro orange flock on gold (baroque period) WOW! Very selective pieces, furniture and everything!!! Cats lover for sure, many interesting stories on walls inside frames! I would live here for sure hahahaah Love it, and you should visit it

The Steady is absolutely one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at!!! The dorm and the common spaces are bright, with lots of natural sunlight and quiet, perfect to unwind and chill after a long day out and about Los Angeles...The staff is very friendly, professional and always welcomes you with a big smile! And the area is quite central and lively, since it is very close to LA City College, cute vintage shops and lots of cafès and restaurants! My brother and I really loved the vibe of the place... Looking forward to coming back soon!!!

We parked in the multi-storey car park on the corner of Argyle Ave and Carlos Ave, which worked out cheaper than hotel parking. We booked a Suite, which was perfect for us and the teens.
