Right alongside the River Lune in central Lancaster, this traditional pub serves real ales and hearty full English breakfast. The shops of the city centre are just a 5-minute stroll along the river, and a picturesque cycling route passes by the building. Fabulous breakfast. All staff very friendly and helpful. Very well maintained property and very clean. Good location in quiet part of town.

Clean rooms and shared facilities. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. Everything I needed for my stay.

Clean, great location, very spacious for a budget room. Bed was bigger than a double as it was 2 singles zipped together which was good (although when doing this could do with adding a larger duvet rather than a double) And a very good sized bathroom too. Staff that we met were really nice

Owners warm and friendly and made some great suggestions on where to go. It was really easy to check in. The bed was really cozy and comfortable. Great location everything was in walking distance. As a female staying on her own I felt really safe and respected. Great value for money and I would stay again.

Family room, single mum.. the bathroom is just outside the door. It was so clean. The rooms were so clean and you could smell the cleanliness in the bedding and the room. For a budget hotel and the cleanliness and the amazing lady owner. You are getting a bargain. Few minor issues easily fixed. But great clean cheap accommodation in a great location. Can not fault it

A good clean hotel,helpful staff.. great location for all amenities, Breakfast was good apart from cheap/ cheap sausages it was all.hot lots of choice. Had a great entertainer/ singer Saturday night & one Friday night toobut not as good as Saturday. Good cheap clean budget hotel.
