Many facilities - indoor sitting areas, back yard with sitting areas, pub, self-catered kitchen, books, games, piano, many electrical outlets, lockers, spaceius showers, great breakfast. Very clean. The village is beautiful, with a grocery store, food and pubs, the Locks are lovely! And the are several hiking trails.

Staff is warm and helpful, big kitchen with all the tools to make meals just like at home, great dinning/lounge area to chill and meet other travelers, lots of sitting space overlooking the lake. The bus stops literally at the front door of the hostel! Couldn't be more practical. Was impressed how comfortable and clean the place is. Really the cleanest hostel i have ever seen!(specially bathrooms which are usually the biggest concern when using shared facilities, were spotless, even though there were lots of people). There are many books, board games and a pool table for the rain moments, also multiple maps with info on trails and interesting outdoor activities. Intensely pleasant experience, should definitely have planned to stay longer!
