Fantastic, spacious holiday home within a flat walk to the sand and surf of Coolum Beach.

Neighbourhood information

Coolum has an impressive surf club culture, with lifesavers first patrolling the pristine waters of this laidback coastal town way back in 1919. It’s also the home break of pro surfer Julian Wilson (so you know the waves are going to be fab). Nestled comfortably near the shores of Marcoola and Peregian, Coolum is fringed by grassy beachfronts, parks, and an idyllic ocean backdrop. If you’re in the mood for beachside strolls, sunrise hikes and some adrenaline-fuelled fun (how does water-skiing at Oz Ski Resort sound?), then Coolum is the spot for you.
