We require a 30% deposit to secure the booking which will incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. The balance is due 40 days before arrival/ Payments can be made via bank transfer or we can do card payments which incur a 1.5% surcharge fee. We do require card details for holding of the security bond, we will charge a security bond of 300AUD the day before check in. If you cancel the booking outside the 40 days the deposit will be refunded.

Start your mornings with a fresh brew under the shaded patio, complete with an 8-seater outdoor dining table, BBQ, and a spacious backyard—perfect for quality time and relaxation. Inside, the cozy lounge room offers a smart TV, DVD player, and both air conditioning and a ceiling fan to keep you comfortable on warm days. Whether you're having movie nights or simply cooling down, it's the perfect place to retreat. Bay Breeze features two generous bedrooms: • Master Bedroom: King-size bed, built-in wardrobe, wall mounted TV, air conditioning, and ceiling fan • Second Bedroom: Two single beds, built-in wardrobe, and ceiling fan The bathroom includes double sinks, a toilet, and both a shower and a bathtub for a relaxing soak. Complimentary toiletries and one bath towel per guest are provided.
