    The location to everything in Mooloolaba. Closeness to the patrolled beach The views across to the Broadwater were lovely. It's not a large complex, only 10 units. Tastefully decorated and comfortable.

    Location was great. A few minutes walk to the beach and shops but much quieter than the waterfront. Plenty of room, nicely furnished and very clean. Excellent view across river and marina.

    Location is fantastic. Very close to shops, beach, cafes and restaurants. Great location and lovely place to stay with family. Other residents who lived in the other apartments were very friendly. Pool was lovely and well maintained.

Beachy and light filled 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with beautiful water views from the balcony and living area. On the second floor, stairs access only. Air conditioning in the living area and master bedroom. Laundry nook 1 King bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 single beds to accommodate 6 guests, all bedrooms with ceiling fans. Complex Swimming pool Secure gate access and garage with remote Central Mooloolaba location, close to everything and in a quiet location You may hire beach towels from G1 Holidays. Please note that this property has a strict no function/party policy and does not accept schoolies/school leavers bookings. Keys to be collected and returned to our office in Mooloolaba - Check in 2pm (outside of busy periods only) to 9pm. Check outs by 10am
