Buena Vista is where coastal living meets elegance and comfort. Lammermoor beach is an easy four-minute walk. This unique property has stunning views, impeccable design, and resort-style pool. Live luxe in this spacious four-bedroom home, with two bathrooms, well-equipped kitchen with sleek appliances, and expansive dining room opening up to an entertaining deck where you have front row seats to spectacular sunrises and sunsets.
About your host: Caroline is a respectful professional and has been enjoying hosting for over a year.
About the neighbourhood: Beautiful, laidback Lammermoor Beach is situated south of Yeppoon on the Capricorn Coast beside the Coral Sea overlooking Keppel Bay, in the Great Barrier Reef. It's a great jumping off point to Great Keppel Island (30 mins by boat from nearby Rosslyn), where you can swim with sea turtles and dugongs amongst spectacular coral. Lammermoor is about a 45-minute drive from Rockhampton or 8 hours and 30 minutes from Brisbane. The long sandy beach is about 2.5 km long, with some big rocks at the back of the beach that are pretty awesome to climb on. A lot of people use this rock area for fishing, especially during high tide. The beach is backed by a casuarina-covered foredune. Cafes and restaurants in Yeppoon (8 mins drive) or Rosslyn (5 mins) are world-class. There is a coffee cart on Lammermoor Beach where the large carpark and bathrooms are.
