Spacious 4 bedroom house is located in famous Forest springs estate, has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout for a comfortable stay. This property is only few meters away from the Forest springs shopping center and 10 minutes drive away from Gladstone CBD and Airport. Free unlimited Wifi (NBN), fully functional kitchen with essentials and a privately fenced backyard are few of many facilities for a comfortable stay in this quite neighborhood.
I am a registered property manager (REIQ) specializing in the management of short term accommodations. I am based in Queensland and I have recently started my business Home (Hidden by Airbnb) to manage short term rental properties like this one. Host is available on request if any assistance is required.
Very quite neghbourhood. It is only 10 Minutes away from the airport and CBD on Taxi. Public transport is also available.
