Horizons Golf Resort estate is privately managed and is separately managed to our villa. Roof maintenance - All villas in this resort will be undergoing roof maintenance from April through to the end of May 2024. No access will be needed to villas as all works will be carried out on the roof. We are unable to give you set dates and the work will be dependent on weather conditions. Sofa bed - Additional charges apply per additional person. Maximum of 6 guests only. Pets: We kindly ask you keep your much-loved fur friends at home during your time away as the property is not equipped to facilitate pets and their antics. We think you will have a much more relaxing time with one less traveler to take care of and we want you to fully enjoy every aspect of your stay. We thank you in advance and we are sure you will look forward to giving them a big cuddle on your return home. Safety: The property is not fully fenced, and we highly recommend the safety of children prioritized should any small children be coming on holidays with you. The property has patio. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. Travelers under the age of 23 that are traveling with a family group with a parent are more then welcome to stay with us.. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack will be provided that includes several single-use items to get you started including tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, laundry, and dishwashing supplies. For extended stays, please bring extra provisions.
