Welcome to Richmond Sanctuary - an immaculately presented home where on your doorstep you will find a plethora of coffee roasters, a brewery, a distillery, cafes, bakeries and a pub. The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a stunning kitchen/dining area that opens out onto a small courtyard with huge floor to ceiling bifolds. Free street parking is included and there's a shopping centre just a few minutes walk away for all your conveniences. The city CBD is only about a 10 minute drive.
We are available 24/7 via phone or in app messages for any questions or issues.
Voted as 10th coolest suburb in the world by Timeout, its easy to see why Richmond is where everyone wants to be. It is the place to stay if you are in town for a sporting event or concert in the sporting precinct which includes the MCG, AAMI Park, Hisense Arena, Rod Laver Arena and more.
